All orders are dispatched from our factory in Wazirpur Industrial Area, Delhi within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your shipment on the courier partner's website.
After placing an order via WhatsApp, you will receive an order confirmation message with payment details. Orders are confirmed only after payment is received via UPI or bank transfer.
We ship via trusted courier partners including Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability after multiple attempts, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to us. We will contact you via WhatsApp to rearrange delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
