Returns & Refund Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Eligible for Returns

• Wrong size received
• Defective or damaged product
• Product does not match the description on the website
• Wrong product delivered

Not Eligible for Returns

• Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags and packaging
• Products returned after 7 days of delivery
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return

1. Use the WhatsApp checkout thread with your order details and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and provide a return shipping address within 24 hours.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, etc.).
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for wrong size orders. Contact us via WhatsApp with your order details and the correct size you need. We will arrange a pickup and ship the replacement at no extra cost.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please send photos of the damage via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
