Refund Policy

Last updated: May 24, 2026. This refund policy applies to products purchased directly from playminis.in. Amazon buyers should use the Amazon order page for refund requests.

Refund Eligibility

A refund can be requested within 7 days of delivery when the product is unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

• Wrong size or wrong product delivered
• Defective or damaged item received
• Product does not match the description on playminis.in
• Buyer-requested return within the 7-day return window, subject to inspection

Refund Method and Timeline

• Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
• Approved refunds are issued within 5-7 business days.
• The refund is sent to the original payment method where possible, or by UPI/bank transfer confirmed in the order support thread.

Return Fees

Returns caused by a wrong, damaged, or defective product are handled at no extra cost to the customer. For buyer-requested returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless Playminis support confirms a pickup or other arrangement in the order support thread.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Items used, washed, altered, or returned without original tags and packaging
• Return requests made after 7 days from delivery
• Damage caused after delivery by use, washing, or storage

How to Request a Refund

1. Open the WhatsApp checkout thread used for your Playminis order.
2. Share the order details, reason for refund, and product photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
3. Wait for return instructions and the return address from our support team.
4. Ship or hand over the item as instructed. Refund processing starts after inspection.
