रिफंड नीति

अंतिम अपडेट: 24 मई, 2026। यह refund policy playminis.in से सीधे खरीदे गए products पर लागू होती है। Amazon buyers refund request Amazon order page से शुरू करें।

Refund Eligibility

Delivery के 7 दिनों के अंदर refund request की जा सकती है, जब product unused, unwashed, और original tags/packaging के साथ return हो।

• गलत size या गलत product delivered
• Defective या damaged item received
• Product playminis.in description से match नहीं करता
• 7-day return window के अंदर buyer-requested return, inspection के बाद

Refund Method and Timeline

• Returned product receive और inspect होने के बाद refund process होता है।
• Approved refunds 5-7 business days में issued होते हैं।
• Refund original payment method पर, या order support thread में confirmed UPI/bank transfer से भेजा जाता है।

Return Fees

Wrong, damaged, या defective product की वजह से return हो तो customer से extra cost नहीं ली जाती। Buyer-requested returns में customer return shipping के लिए responsible है, जब तक Playminis support order support thread में pickup या कोई और arrangement confirm न करे।

Non-Refundable Cases

• Used, washed, altered items, या original tags/packaging के बिना returns
• Delivery के 7 दिनों के बाद return request
• Delivery के बाद use, washing, या storage से हुआ damage

Refund Request कैसे करें

1. अपने Playminis order वाले WhatsApp checkout thread को खोलें।
2. Order details, refund reason, और damaged/incorrect item की photos भेजें।
3. हमारी support team से return instructions और return address का इंतजार करें।
4. Item instructions के अनुसार ship या hand over करें। Inspection के बाद refund process शुरू होगा।
